psp应该还是算DT，swing.
Scalping才算是high frequency吧。

Both. But the drop indicated by the broken wedge already finished by the
time it reached 827. It's the channel rebound from that pt. The channel is
clearer if zoomed out to daily chart.

个人感觉:
Set hard stops when you first enter a position or when you do swings.
Turn to trailing when you are ready to exit or for DT.
But then it all depends on your pain tolerance level --> how far you set
your stops.
My pain tolerance is really low, so my stops are really tight.
Guess if your trailing stop is set far enough, it's ok to go with trailing
for swings too.

p总 以前发过很多讲stop的posts.
How far you set your stops also determines how many shares you are going for
this position.

Direction aside, it's not a good idea to hold 2X, 3X fund for a long period
of time. FAZ is a trading fund, not holding fund.

I have an account there. I like their trading interface. Haven't noticed any
hidden cost. There's an annual fee for IRA accounts though. ($30?)
Stability is good too.
Bad part is txn match-up during tax return time for that account is hell.
They also have problem getting thru corporate firewalls. The Nortan stuff on
your pc is fine, but some companies also block a lot of the ports that
MBT use for passing quote and orders. So that's something you need to watch
out for.

Say I bought a small pre-ipo company's stocks, then the company folded.
Should I count the loss as "Worthless securities" or "Small business stock"?
